Festive delights at Manson Village of Lights – 28th November – 19th December – Manson

The Village of Lights is magical holiday festival for both the young, and the young at heart. On Saturday November 28th, Santa himself will arrive at Leffler Field, Manson via helicopter at 12:00pm. Shortly after, an escort from Manson Fire Department will allow everyone to join Santa in a walking parade to Allison’s, where eager children can inform Santa exactly what they’d like for Christmas (1:30pm onwards). Hungry? Many local businesses offer complimentary refreshments each Saturday during the entire season, including chilli dogs and other festive snacks. Kiddies will not want to miss the puppet show, craft activities, carolling, and live animals. Best of all, the celebrations are a stone’s throw from downtown. Leffler Field is a ten-minute walk, and Allison’s is a mere five-minute stroll.  Check out the Lake Chelan guide to Village of Lights for more information.
